Product Instructions
Makes 1 serving. Cooking Instructions: Caution: Product and container may be hot. Stovetop: 1. Bring 1-1/2 cups water (or milk) and a dash of salt, if desired, to a boil. Add 1/4 cup oats. 2. Reduce heat to medium-low; simmer 25-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, until liquid is absorbed and oats are tender. 3. Remove from heat; let stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave: 1. Combine in deep microwave-safe bowl: 1 cup water (or milk), 1/4 cup oats, and dash of salt, if desired. 2. Cover and microwave on high for 5 minutes; stir, then cook 5 more minutes until thickened. 3. Carefully remove bowl from microwave; stir and let stand 1 minute before serving. Tip: Use less water (or milk) of thicker oatmeal. Microwave ovens vary; adjust cook time as needed.
