Product Instructions
May contain natural foreign materials; sort and rinse before cooking. Cooking Instructions: GreenWise Lentils do not require soaking. Place 1 lb lentils (about 2 cups) and 6-8 cups water in large saucepan; cover and bring to just boiling on medium-high. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, with lid tilted, about 20 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. May be cooked up to 10 more minutes for use in main dish recipes. (Makes about 6 cups cooked lentils).
