Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: 1. Keep frozen until ready for use. Defrost for approximately 1 hour at room temperature or 2 hours in the refrigerator prior to preparation. Remove dough from package and promptly refreeze any unused portions. (If using puff pastry as part of a recipe, shape and bake as directed in recipe). 2. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Roll to desired thickness and transfer to a lightly floured work surface to cut sheet according to desired size. 3. Gently press to seal any surface cracks in the dough with water-dampened fingers. Space pieces about 1-inch apart on an ungreased baking sheet. Top using your favorite recipe and bake for 12-16 minutes or until puffed and golden brown. Cool 5 minutes before serving. Note: Ovens vary; adjust time as needed.
