Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: For best results, cook from frozen. Always check fish for bones and cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. 3. Bake 8-9 minutes, turn over, and continue baking 7-8 more minutes until golden brown and 145 degrees F.
Convection Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen fish on a nonstick baking sheet. 3. Bake 6-7 minutes, turn over, and continue baking 6-7 more minutes until golden brown and 145 degrees F.
Deep-Fry: 1. Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. 2. Fry frozen fish in oil 3-4 minutes until golden brown and 145 degrees F.
Air Fryer: 1. Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. 2. Arrange frozen fish in air fryer basket (or baking sheet); air-fry 5-8 minutes. 3. Turn over and continue cooking 4-5 more minutes*, until golden brown and 145 degrees F. * Air fryers vary; adjust time as needed.
Storage Instructions
