Quick & Easy Heating Instructions: If frozen, thaw before heating.

Microwave: Remove cardboard sleeve; leave pouch in tray. Cut 3 slits in top of pouch. Microwave on medium (50% power) 6-7 minutes (microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed) until 165 degrees F. Let stand 2 minutes; remove meatballs from package and serve. Caution: Heated product is very hot.

Boil-in-Bag: Fill medium saucepan with water and bring to a boil. Place unopened pouch in water and heat 10-12 minutes until 165 degrees F. Let stand 2 minutes; remove meatballs from package and serve. Caution: Heated product is very hot.
Caution: Tray is not suitable for use in conventional ovens.
