Cooking Instructions: Ingredients: 1 (1.5 oz) packet Publix Meatloaf Seasoning Mix. 1 large egg (or 1/4 cup egg substitute). 1/3 cup water. 1/2 cup bread crumbs. 1-1/2 lb ground beef. Step 1: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Step 2: Combine all ingredients (except ground beef); let stand 5 minutes. Step 3: Mix in ground beef. Shape into loaf; place in shallow baking or loaf plan. Step 4: Bake 1 hour or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
