Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Stovetop: Place collards in 2 cups boiling water. Bring to a second boil. Reduce heat, cover, and simmer 25-30 minutes or until desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste. Stovetop Southern-Style: Combine collards and 3 cups water. Add cooked, crumbled bacon, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, and pepper; bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 1 1/2 - 2 hours or until desired tenderness. Note Packaging is not microwavable. Do not microwave in bag. For Food Safety and Quality, Follow the Cooking Instructions: Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not thaw. Refrigerate leftovers.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. If thawed, do not refreeze.
