Product Instructions
Stovetop: 1. Add edamame and 1/2 cup water to medium saucepan. 2. Bring to boil on high. 3. Reduce heat to medium-low; cover pot and simmer 5-7 minutes, stirring frequently. 4. Drain; season as desired.
Keep frozen until ready to cook. Do not refreeze. Refrigerate leftovers. Cook vegetables until 165 degrees F.
Microwave: Gently massage bag to separate edamame. Do not open bag. 1. Place unopened bag, front panel facing down, in the microwave. Microwave on high 5-6 1/2 minutes. (Bag will expand during cooking process.) 2. Let stand 1-2 minutes in microwave. Remove bag carefully; cut open and transfer edamame to serving dish. Microwaves vary; adjust time as needed.
