Microwave on high 2-1/2 to 3 minutes or until thickened. Stir before serving. Stovetop: 1 Serving: 1 cup water (or milk); 1/2 cup oats; dash salt (optional). 2 Servings: 1-3/4 cups water (or milk); 1 cup oats; 1/8 tsp salt (optional). 6 Servings: 5 cups water (or milk); 3 cup oats; 1/4 tsp salt (optional).
