Cooking Instructions: Scramble (Stovetop): Place liquid egg substitute in nonstick pan over medium heat. Let set 30 seconds. As edges set, stir from outer edge toward center until desired firmness and 160 degrees F.

Scramble (Microwave): Place liquid egg substitute in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high 1 minute; stir. Cook 30 more seconds until set (but slightly moist) and 160 degrees F.

Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days of opening. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less. This product has a shelf life as indicated on the package.
