Product Instructions
Thawing Instructions: Thaw single layer of chicken overnight in covered container placed on bottom shelf of refrigerator. Do not refreeze.

Cooking Instructions: Conventional Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. 2. Arrange chicken in single layer in greased roasting pan. 3. Bake 25-35 minutes, if thawed (35-45 minutes, if frozen) and until 165 degrees F. 4. For best results, turn chicken once halfway through baking time.

Stovetop: 1. Add oil or butter to large saute pan over medium heat; swirl to coat. 2. Season chicken as desired. 3. Arrange chicken in single layer in pan and cook 12-22 minutes, if thawed (15-25 minutes, if frozen) and until 165 degrees F. 4. For best results, turn chicken once halfway through cooking.

Grill: 1. Preheat grill on medium. 2. Arrange chicken in single layer on grill. 3. Cover and grill 12-22 minutes, if thawed (15-25 minutes, if frozen) and until 165 degrees F. 4. For best results, turn chicken once halfway through cook time.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard.
