Thaw: Refrigerated Thawing: remove all packaging. Place fillet in a covered dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rapid Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place a sealed inner bag under cold running water for approximately 20 to 30 minutes. Bake: For Baking: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Bake skin side down 12 to 18 minutes. Pan Fry: For Pan Frying: Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill fillet 5 to 6 minutes per side, skin side down first. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Cooking times may vary.
