Cooking Instructions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating.
Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods may cause hot oil to spatter.

Conventional Oven/Toaster Oven: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Arrange frozen mozzarella sticks in single layer on baking sheet. Mozzarella sticks should not touch. Bake 7-8 minutes until thoroughly heated and 165 degrees F. Overheating may cause cheese loss. Remove from oven. Let stand 2 minutes to cool before serving. Warning: Use care when handling, cheese will be hot.

Deep Fryer: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Fry frozen mozzarella sticks 2-2-1/2 minutes until thoroughly heated and 165 degrees F. Overheating may cause cheese loss. Remove from oil and drain on paper towels. Let stand 2 minutes to cool before serving. Warning: Use care when handling, cheese will be hot.
