  • Warning: Any oil will burn if overheated. Do not leave unattended while heating. If smoking occurs, reduce heat. If oil catches fire, turn off heat and cover pan until cooled. Do not put water on hot or flaming oil; spatters can burn. Do not pour hot oil into plastic container. Container can melt, causing injury.

Storage Instructions
No refrigeration needed. Store in a cool, dry place. Solid at room temperature and melts at 76 degrees F.
Usage Instructions
Coconut Oil Uses: 1:1 substitute for butter and other cooking oils. Fry eggs, pan-fry chicken or shrimp, saute veggies, make grilled cheese. Add to smoothies for energy. Blend with coffee as a substitute for coffee creamer. Mix into warm tea to soothe heartburn or a sore throat. Cooking: Suitable for medium-high heat up to 450 degrees F.
