Product Instructions
Refrigerated Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place fillets in a covered dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rapid Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place fillets in a resealable bag and thaw under cold running water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. For Baking: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place thawed fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For Grilling: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Grill thawed fillets on lightly oiled aluminum foil for 12 to 4 minutes with grill cover closed or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Fish will be opaque when done. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
