Product Instructions
Recommended Thawing Instructions: Put shrimp in a colander or a strainer with a pan underneath. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight. Rinse with cold running water and let drain for approximately 2 minutes.

Cooking Instructions: Grill: Thaw completely, place on hot grill 1 to 2 minutes each side.

Saute: Melt butter in a skillet, add thawed shrimp and cook 5 to 6 minutes. If using wine, add only during the last minute.

Boil: Use 1 quart of water for each 4 oz of shrimp, add a dash of salt to water, and then bring water to boil. Then add shrimp and simmer for 2 to 3 minutes. Shrimp cooks quickly, so don't overcook. Immediately drain hot water from pan and rinse with cold water. Must be cooked to a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (62.8 degrees C).
