Preparation Instructions: Makes about 4 cups: Stove Top: 1. Empty 1 envelope soup mix into medium saucepan. 2. Stir in 4 cups (32 oz) water; bring to boil, stirring occasionally. 3. Reduce heat and simmer uncovered 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Microwave: 1. In 2-quart microwave-safe casserole dish, combine 1 envelope soup mix and 4 cups (32 oz) water. 2. Microwave uncovered on high until boiling (about 8 minutes (Microwave ovens may vary; adjust times as needed), stirring occasionally. 3. Let stand, covered, 5 minutes before serving.

Serving Instructions
Onion Dip: Makes about 2 cups. All you need: 1 envelope Hy-Vee Onion Soup & Dip Mix; 2 cups sour cream. All you do: 1. Combine soup mix and sour cream; mix well. 2. Cover and refrigerate at least 2 hours. 3. Serve with crackers, chips or fresh vegetables.
