Serving Suggestions: Use Publix Mojo Marinade on chicken, beef, pork, and seafood before grilling. Marinate whole pork loins and whole chickens before roasting. Add flavor to grilled vegetables, roasted potatoes, Cuban sandwiches, yucca, and plantains.

Usage Instructions: Shake well before use. For best results, marinate meat and vegetables overnight; seafood for one hour. Marinate in the refrigerator, never at room temperature. Marinate in a glass or food-safe plastic container; do not use metal. Do not use marinade that has come into contact with uncooked meat or seafood for sauce.
