Product Instructions
You will need: Chocolate Sugar Cookie Cups Mix packet (included); 1 stick plus 3 tbsp. Lowes Foods Unsalted Butter, softened and divided; 1 Lowes Foods Egg, room temperature; Chocolate packet (included); 1/4 cup Lowes Foods Milk of choice; Whipped cream or mini marshmallows (optional). Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease mini muffin pan. 2. In an electric mixer, mix together 1 cup dry mix and softened butter until flurry. Add egg and beat until combined. 3. Add remaining mix from packet and mix until ingredients are blended and dough holds together. 4. Put 1 tbsp. of cookie dough into each well of the greased muffin tin and press dough gently into the bottom and up the sides to form small cups. 5. Bake for 12-14 minutes or until golden brown and let cool completely in the pan. Run a small, thin knife around the edges of the cookies to loosen them before removing from pan. 6. To prepare the filling, add chocolate chips, milk and softened butter to a microwave safe bowl. Heat for 20 second intervals, stirring occasionally, until chocolate is melted and the filling is smooth and glossy. 7. Spoon about a tsp. of the filling into each cup. 8. Let cool and if desired, top with whipped cream or mini-marshmallows. Store Cookie Cups in the refrigerator.
