Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Grill: Preheat grill (or grill pan) to medium-high. Arrange chicken on grill. Grill 12-14 minutes, turning occasionally, until grill-marked and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.

Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Arrange chicken in single layer on baking sheet. Bake 20-25 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer.

Air Fryer: Preheat air fryer to 400 degrees F. Arrange chicken in a single layer in air fryer basket. Air fry 12-15 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F as measured by a calibrated meat thermometer. (air fryers vary; adjust time as needed).
