Product Instructions
Bread Loaf: 1. Lightly flour a work surface, using a rolling pin, roll dough out into approximately 8 inch x 12 inch rectangular sheet. 2. Melt 1 tablespoon of butter and lightly brush the top surface of the dough. Staring from the narrow side, roll the dough into a log and place seam side down into a well-oiled 9 inch x 5 inch x 3 inch loaf pan. 3. Butter the top of the dough and cover loosely with plastic wrap. Allow to rise for 1 to 3 hours or until the dough has topped the pan by 1 inch. 4. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 30 to 35 minutes or until the top is golden brown and the loaf sounds hollow when tapped. 5. Remove from pan and cool completely before storing. 6. For a shiny soft crust, brush loaf with butter while still warm.

Rolls: 1. Cut dough into 16 equal pieces (this is a 4 x 4 cut). Place evenly spaced in a 9 inch x 9 inch 1 1/2 inch square baking pan. 2. Cover pan loosely with a lightly oiled sheet of plastic wrap and let rise until doubled in size at room temperature. Approximately 2 to 3 hours. 3. Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 to 14 minutes or until golden brown. 4. Lightly brush rolls with butter after removed from oven.

Scones: 1. Heat 2 to 3 inches of oil in a heavy saucepan or skillet to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. 2. Cut dough into 12 equal pieces (this is a 3 x 4 cut). Flatten each piece into a 4-inch square. 3. Fry dough on each side until golden brown, about 30 seconds per side. 4. Remove from oil and drain on a paper towel. 5. Serve hot with your favorite toppings. Suggestions: Honey butter, butter, honey, jam, sugar, powdered sugar, etc.
