Convection: Convection Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove plastic shrink wrap from the pie. Place the pie on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Always bake the pie from a frozen state. Bake for 70 to 80 minutes. For best results, check the internal temperature of the pie with a food thermometer - desired internal temperatures is 165 degrees F. Remove the pie from the oven and let cool before slicing and serving. Bake: Baking Tips: Check the pie after about 30 minutes. If necessary, cover the edge of the crust with aluminum foil to avoid excess browning. Do not cover the center of the pie. If the pie appears to be baking too fast or slow after 30 minutes, reduce or raise the oven temperatures 5 degrees F. Accordingly. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Remove plastic shrink wrap from the pie. Place the pie on a cookie sheet in the center of the oven. Always bake the pie from a frozen state. Bake for 65 to 75 minutes. For best results, check the internal temperature of the pie with a food thermometer - desired internal temperature is 165 degrees F.
