Product Instructions
Preparation: Ready to eat in minutes! To Properly Thaw: Place bag of shrimp in refrigerator overnight or empty desired amount into container of cool water for approximately 5 minutes. Drain and use in your favorite recipe. Do not force thaw under running water. Stove Top (When cooked, shrimp will be a deep orange color on the surface and opaque white inside. Do not overcook. Due to difference in appliances, cooking times may vary. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately): 1. In large skillet, heat 1 to 2 tablespoons oil or butter over medium heat. 2. Add thawed shrimp and your favorite seasoning. Cook, stirring occasionally about 3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. Boil: Boil (When cooked, shrimp will be a deep orange color on the surface and opaque white inside. Do not overcook. Due to difference in appliances, cooking times may vary. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately): 1. In large pot, bring 2 quarts of salted water to boil. 2. Add thawed shrimp, return to boil. 3. Simmer gently 2 to 3 minutes until shrimp are opaque. 4. Drain and rinse with cold water before serving. Grill: Grill or Broil (When cooked, shrimp will be a deep orange color on the surface and opaque white inside. Do not overcook. Due to difference in appliances, cooking times may vary. Refrigerate or discard leftovers immediately): 1. Brush thawed shrimp with oil. 2. Cook on grill or broil 2 minutes each side. 3. For traditional flavor, combine thawed shrimp with your favorite marinade for about 2 hours in refrigerator and grill as above.
