Product Instructions
Pecan-Crusted Tilapia: Prep and cook: 20 minutes; Makes 4 servings. Ingredients ½ cup pecan pieces, ½ cup Publix Original bread crumbs, ½ cup milk, 1 large egg, beaten, ¼ cup flour, 1 teaspoon seasoned salt, 1 ½ lb tilapia fillets, ¼ cup canola oil. Step 1: Chop pecans finely (like coarse bread crumbs); combine with bread crumbs. Blend milk and egg together in second bowl; Combine flour and seasoned salt in third bowl. Step 2: Preheat large sauté pan on medium 3–4 minutes. Dredge each fillet in flour mixture. Dip into egg mixture, then dredge in bread crumb mixture. Step 3: Place oil in pan; swirl to coat. Add fish; cook 2-3 minutes on each side until center flakes easily and is 145 degree F. Serve.

Serving Instructions
Serving Suggestion: Make a crispy crust for fried fish or chicken; dip into batter mixture, then dredge in bread crumbs and cook. Scatter bread crumbs in baking dishes before adding recipe ingredients, for a crunchy bottom crust. Sprinkle over macaroni and cheese before baking to create a nice crispy topping.
