Product Instructions
Stovetop: 1. Bring water to boil in saucepot. 2. Stir in rice, cover and reduce heat. 3. Simmer 18-20 minutes or until all water is absorbed. Note: Add 1 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon salt per cup of uncooked rice, if desired. Use cooking measurement chart provided for water and rice measurements.

Microwave: (Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed) (It is recommended that only 1 cup rice be prepared in the microwave at a time. Microwave ovens vary. Cooking times are approximate): 1. Combine 2 cups water and 1 cup rice in 2-1/2 quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave uncovered on high for 5 minutes. 3. Reduce power to medium (50% power) and microwave uncovered for 15 more minutes. 4. Let stand 5 minutes, then fluff with fork and serve. Note: Do not add butter or salt to rice until after cooking.

Cooking Measurement Chart: 4 servings = 1 cup rice + 2 cups water; 8 servings = 2 cups rice + 4 cups water; 12 servings = 3 cups rice + 6 cups water.
