Product Instructions
Mahi Mahi is a flaky fish that has a mild and sweet flavor, perfect for grilling or baking. Size and thickness of portions will vary, adjust cooking instructions accordingly. Remove all packaging before cooking and consumption.

Thawing: Remove from all packaging. Thaw in the refrigerator overnight or for 2-3 hours before cooking. Cook seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees using a meat thermometer. Do not re-freeze after thawing.

Bake: 1. Preheat your oven to 400 degrees. 2. Season as desired. 3. Place in baking dish. 4. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until cooked.

Grill: 1. Preheat grill. 2. Season as desired. 3. Place on grill for 5-7 minutes or until cooked.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
