Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1 pound ground beef; 2 cups hot water; 1-1/4 cups 2% milk. One Pan-Directions: 1. Brown ground beef in 10-inch skillet and drain. 2. Stir in hot water, milk, sauce mix and uncooked potatoes. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. 3. Cover and reduce heat. Simmer about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until potatoes are tender. Remove from heat and uncover. Sauce will thicken as it stands.
Microwave Directions: 1. Crumble 1 pound ground beef into 3-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave uncovered on high 3 to 5 minutes, breaking up meat after 3 minutes, until brown; drain. 2. Stir in sauce mix, 2 cups boiling water. 1-1/4 cups 2% milk and uncooked potatoes. 3. Microwave uncovered on high 14 to 18 minutes, stirring every 7 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Caution: Dish will be hot. Note: Because microwaves cook differently, times are approximate.
