Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: GreenWise Green Split Peas do not require soaking. Place 1 lb split pea (about 2 cups) and 6-8 cups of water in large saucepan; cover and bring to just boiling on medium-high. Reduce heat to low and simmer gently, with lid tilted, about 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until tender. (Makes about 6 cups cooked peas.)
