Product Instructions
Cooking Directions: Cook from frozen. Do not Defrost. Stovetop: Preheat large saute pan on medium-high. Place frozen scallops in a single layer in pan. Cook 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Microwave: Place frozen scallops in a microwave-safe dish. Cover loosely and microwave on high for 2 minutes. Stir and microwave another 2-3 minutes or until scallops are hot. Let rest 1 minute before serving. Warning Dish becomes extremely hot. Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed.

Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
Serving Instructions
Combine cooked angel hair pasta, garlic herb butter, and baby spinach, Top with prepared scallops and grated parmesan cheese.
