Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Skillet Method: 1. Shake carton lightly. Pour desired amount of Hy-Vee 100% egg whites into nonstick skillet over medium heat. 2. To scramble, stir egg whites gently. For filled egg white omelet, top with filling, loosen edge of egg white omelet and fold in half.

Microwave Method: 1. Shake carton lightly. Pour desired amount of Hy-Vee 100% egg whites into microwave-safe container; cover. 2. Microwave on high 1-1/2 minutes; stir. 3. Microwave an additional 30 seconds or until egg whites are set but slightly moist.

For Recipes: 3 tbsp = whites of 1 large egg. 1/3 cup = whites of 2 large eggs. 3/4 = whites of 4 large eggs.

Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated. When kept refrigerated at 40 degrees F or less, this product has a shelf life indicated on package.
