Cooking Instructions: Do not defrost. If tortellini are frozen together, do not separate. They will usually separate during cooking. For food safety and quality, follow these cooking instructions. Stove-Top Boiling Directions: 1. Bring 3-4 quarts of water to a boil. Salt water, if desired (Optional: Add 1 tbsp oil to prevent sticking). 2. Add tortellini to boiling water. 3. Simmer for 2-3 minutes or until desired tenderness, stirring occasionally. Internal temperature should reach 160 degrees F (74 degrees C). 4. Drain carefully and serve with your favorite sauce.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
