Product Instructions
Cooking Instructions: Achieve best results by thawing 8-12 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing sealed fish under cold running water 5-10 minutes. Prepare fish when thawed; do not refreeze thawed fish.
Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick spray. Remove fish from packaging and place on baking sheet. Bake 14-16 minutes on middle rack of oven, and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve. Ovens vary; adjust cooking time as needed.
Stovetop: Preheat large nonstick saute pan on medium. Place 2 teaspoon oil in pan. Remove fish from packaging and place in pan. Cook 4 minutes on each side and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve.
Grill/Grill Pan: Lightly grill before heating. Heat grill on medium. Remove fish from packaging and place on grill. Grill 4 minutes in each side and until 145 degrees F. Let rest 2 minutes and serve.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen. Important: Keep frozen until used.
