Preparation Instructions: Stove Top 1. In saucepan, place desired amount of frozen broccoli in 1/2 cup boiling water; bring to a second boil. 2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 3 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness; drain. 3. Season to taste and serve. Microwave 1. In microwave-safe dish, combine a quarter of the contents of the bag of frozen broccoli and 2 tablespoons of water; cover. 2. Microwave on HIGH 3 minutes, stir and microwave an additional 4 to 5 minutes or until desired tenderness. Let stand, covered, 2 minutes before serving; drain. 3. Season to taste and serve. For food safety and quality cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Note: Microwaves vary, adjust cook times and heat setting as needed.
