Product Instructions
Cooking Directions: Preheat a skillet over medium-low heat. Add 1 tbsp of oil. Slice sausage Chub into 1/2-inch patties. Place on a flat surface and press down with the palm of hand until it is 1/4-inch thick. Take a fork and poke holes on the entire surface of the patty. Place the patty in the skillet. Cook for 5 to 7 minutes on each side, turning often for even browning. Cook the sausage until it reaches an internal temperature of 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer.

Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
