Do not put water on hot or flaming oil; spatters can burn. Do not pour hot oil into plastic container. Container can melt, causing injury.

Coconut Oil Uses: 1:1 substitute for butter and other cooking oils; Fry eggs, pan-fry chicken or shrimp, saute veggies, make grilled cheese. Add to smoothies for energy. Blend with coffee as a substitute for coffee creamer. Mix into warm tea to soothe heartburn or a sore throat. Cooking: Suitable for medium-high heat up to 450 degrees F.
