Product Instructions
Directions for Cooking: Keep frozen until ready to use. Cook thoroughly before eating. Conventional Oven/Toaster Oven Instructions: Preheat oven to 475 degrees F. Remove mozzarella sticks from package. Place frozen mozzarella sticks in a single layer on a baking sheet. Mozzarella sticks should not touch. Bake for 7-8 minutes or until 165 degrees. Overheating may cause cheese loss. Remove from oven and let stand 2 minutes to cool before handling. Warning: Cheese will be hot; use care when handling. Deep Fryer Instructions: Preheat oil to 350 degrees F. Remove mozzarella sticks from package. Fry frozen mozzarella sticks for 2 to 2-1/2 minutes or until 165 degrees F. Overheating may cause cheese loss. Remove from hot oil and drain on paper towels. Let stand 2 minutes to cool before handling. Warning: Cheese will be hot; use care when handling. Caution: Ice crystals on frozen foods can cause spattering when added to hot oil.
