Preparation Instructions: Oven: 1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. 2. Moisten 6 to 8 bone-in or boneless pork chops. 1/2 inch thick with water. 3. Shake 1 or 2 pork chops at a time in bag with 1 packet of coating mix. Dispose of bag and any remaining mix. 4. Bake, uncovered on ungreased or foil-lined baking sheet about 15 minutes or until thoroughly cooked and pork chops reach minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F. Do not turn chops while baking.
