Product Instructions
Preparation Instruction: 1. In saucepan, melt 1/4 cup (tablespoons) butter or margarine over medium heat. Stir in 1 packet Hy-Vee hollandaise sauce mix; mix until blended. 2. Remove from heat; stir in 1 cup milk. 3. Bring to boil over medium-high heat, stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer, stirring 1 minutes. (If desired, stir in 1 to 3 teaspoons lemon juice before serving).

Store in a cool, dry place.
