Preparation Instructions: 1. In medium saucepan, bring 2 cups water, 1 tablespoons olive or vegetable oil and 1/2 teaspoon salt, optional, to boil; stir in 8 oz couscous. 2. Remove from heat and cover, let stand 5 minutes. 3. Fluff with fork and serve. Yield: about 5 one-cup servings.
