Flip pancake over and cook an additional 2 minutes. Number of Pancakes: 7. Mix: 1 cup. Milk: 3/4 cup. Vegetable Oil: 2 teaspoons. Number of Pancakes: 14. Mix: 2 cups. Milk: 1 1/2 cups. Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons. Number of Pancakes: 21. Mix: 3 cups. Milk: 2 1/4 cups. Vegetable Oil: 2 tablespoons + 1 teaspoons.
