Product Instructions
You Will Need: 1-1/2 cups hot water, 2 tbsp butter, 1/2 cup 2% milk. Stove Top Directions (4 servings*): 1. Heat 1-1/2 cups hot water and 2 tablespoons butter to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. 2. Remove from heat. Stir in 1/2 cup 2% milk and 1 packet potatoes and seasoning mix just until moistened. Let stand about 1 minute or until liquid is absorbed. 3. Whip with fork until smooth. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes. Microwave Directions (4 servings*): 1. Stir 1-2/3 cups hot water, 1/2 cup 2% milk. 2 tablespoons butter and 1 packet potatoes and seasoning mix in microwave-safe bowl until moistened. 2. Cover with plastic wrap, folding back one side to vent. Microwave on high 2 to 6 minutes. 3. Whip with fork until smooth. For stiffer potatoes, let stand 3 to 5 minutes.
(*For 8 servings: Increase water to 3 cups, milk to 1 cup and butter to 1/4 cup. Use 2 packets potatoes and seasoning mix. If microwaving, increase time to 6 to 8 minutes.)

For Creamier Potatoes: Stir in more milk, 1 tablespoon at a time.
