For best results, cook from frozen. If thawed, reduce baking time 3 to 4 minutes. Size and thickness of pieces will vary; adjust times accordingly. For food safety, cook tilapia to internal temperature of 145 degrees F, as measured with a food thermometer.

For Baking: Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Place fillets on baking sheet lined with foil. Lightly crumple foil for extra crispiness. Bake approximately 18 to 22 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving. For convection oven, reduce cooking time approximately 2 minutes. Oven temperatures vary; adjust cooking times accordingly.

For Deep Frying: Heat oil to 360 degrees F. Fry approximately 4 minutes until golden brown. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.

For Air Frying: Preheat air fryer to 390 degrees F. Place 3 to 4 fillets in air fryer and fry 9 to 11 minutes. Let cool 2 to 3 minutes before serving.
