Cover and cook 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste. Microwave Instructions: Add 3 cups carrots (sliced 1/4-inch-thick) and 3 tablespoons water to microwave-safe dish. Cover and microwave on high for 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally, or until desired tenderness. Drain; season to taste. Microwave ovens vary; adjust time as needed.
