Product Instructions
Scrambling (Stovetop): Place eggs in nonstick pan over medium heat. Let set for 30 seconds. As edges set, stir from outer edge toward center until desired firmness. Scrambling (Microwave): Place eggs in microwave-safe bowl. Cover and microwave on high for 1 minute. Stir. Cook 30 seconds longer until set but slightly moist. 1/3 cup egg product equals approximately 2 eggs. Using Publix Eggstirs Liquid Egg Product in your cooking reduces fat and cholesterol without sacrificing great taste.

Storage Instructions
Keep refrigerated. Refrigerate unused portion and use within 7 days of opening.
