Product Instructions
Refrigerated Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place fillets in a covered dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rapid Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place fillets in a resealable bag and thaw under cold running water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes. For Baking: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place thawed fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Bake 12 to 14 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork. For Pan Frying: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high heat. Pan fry thawed fillets for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Fish will be opaque when done. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
