Safe Handling Instructions: This product was prepared from inspected and passed fish. Some food products may contain bacteria that could cause illness if the product is mishandled or cooked improperly. For your protection, follow these safe handling instructions. Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw fish separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw fish. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftover immediately or discard. Product must be cooked to an minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees F (63 degrees C).
Product Instructions
Refrigerated Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place fillets in a covered dish and thaw in refrigerator overnight. Rapid Thawing: Remove all packaging. Place filets in a resealable bag and thaw under cold running water for approximately 15 to 20 minutes.
For Baking: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and place thawed fillets on a lightly oiled baking pan. Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
For Pan Frying: Preheat lightly oiled pan to medium-high heat. Pan fry thawed fillets for 4 to 5 minutes on each side or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Fish will be opaque when done. Cook to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
Storage Instructions
Keep frozen.
