Preparation Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Place vegetables in minimum amount of boiling water while still frozen. The low temperature of frozen vegetables will cool water and stop boiling. 2. Cook until tender; avoid overcooking. 3. Season to taste and serve.

Not ready to eat. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze or overcook.

Microwave: 1. In microwave-safe dish, place frozen vegetables and 2 tablespoons water; cover. 2. Microwave on high 9 to 10 minutes; stir halfway through cooking time. 3. Let stand 5 minutes; drain. 4. Season to taste and serve. Note: Due to differences in microwaves, cooking times may vary.
