Preparation Instructions: Stove Top: 1. Place vegetables in minimum amount of boiling water while still frozen. The low temperature of frozen vegetables will cool water and stop boiling. 2. Cook until tender; avoid overcooking. 3. Season to taste and serve.
Not ready to eat. For food safety and quality, cook to a temperature of 165 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze or overcook.
