Product Instructions
Directions: Makes 8 enchiladas. 1. In medium-sized pan, blend 1 packet Hy-Vee enchilada sauce mix with 1 can (6 oz) tomato paste and 2 cups (16 fl oz) water. Bring to boil. 2. Reduce heat and simmer 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Brown and crumble 1 pound ground beef; drain fat. Stir in half of prepared sauce and 1 cup shredded cheese. 4. Dip 8 flour tortillas into remaining prepared sauce to soften. Place 1/4 cup ground beef mixture into each tortilla and roll tightly; place seam side down in 7x11-inch baking dish. 5. Top with remaining prepared sauce and sprinkle with 1 cup shredded cheese. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees F.
