Product Instructions
You Will Need: 2 cups boiling water; 1 tbsp. butter; 2/3 cup 2% milk. Oven Directions: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F. 2. In 1-1/2-quart baking dish, combine 2 cups boiling (use boiling water for best potato texture and sauce appearance) water, 1 tablespoon butter, 2/3 cup 2% milk, sauce mix and potatoes. 3. Bake uncovered about 20 minutes or until potatoes are tender and top is golden brown. (If you would like the top more golden brown, bake an additional 5 minutes (potatoes will be softer)). Remove from oven. Sauce will thicken as it stands.

Stove Top Directions: 1. Heat potatoes, sauce mix, 2 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon butter and 2/3 cup 2% milk to boiling in 2-quart saucepan over high heat, stirring occasionally. 2. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until potatoes are tender and sauce is as thick as you'd like. Sauce will thicken as it stands.

Microwave Directions: 1. Stir together potatoes, sauce mix, 2-1/2 cups hot water, 1 tablespoon butter and 2/3 cup 2% milk in 2-quart microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave uncovered on high 11 to 16 minutes, stirring every 5 minutes, until potatoes are tender. Sauce will thicken as it stands. Caution: Dish will be hot. Note: Microwave ovens vary. Cooking time is approximate.
