Usage Instructions
Tops nonstick cooking spray is the ideal way to pan fry, bake, roast or microwave cook without the need for additional shortening, butter or margarine. Use on all pans, griddles, baking dishes and utensils for nonstick serving and easy cleanup. Directions: 1. Shake the container and hold it in a vertical position at a distance of 10 inch from the pan or cold cooking utensil. 2: Spray until covering the surface of the food or kitchen utensils at intervals of 1-2 seconds. 3: Heat and cook.
